What is a Spirit Night?
Il Primo Pizza & Wings Fundraiser Program donates a predetermined percentage of all pre-tax sales generated by your group during the fundraiser event.
Who are Spirit Nights for?
Any non-profit organization, such as schools, clubs, teams, church groups, after-school programs, etc.

When are Spirit Nights available?
Any night of the week! Certain blackout dates and limitations apply. Based on store availability. *Wednesdays through Saturdays are highly recommended.
How do I set up a Spirit Night?
Visit or call one of our stores to speak with the General Manager, or fill out our Spirit Night Form to schedule your fundraiser event today.
5 Easy Steps to Holding a Fundraiser
- Choose a Fundraiser date, location, and time by contacting our store
- Receive confirmation of your scheduled event with a customized fundraiser flyer attachment, just for you.
- Advertise! Hand out as many flyers as possible and get the word out. Flyers are not required with each order to receive credit for the fundraiser.
- Come relax and enjoy your evening at Il Primo Pizza & Wings.
- Your organization will earn a predetermined percentage from each pre-tax sale when you present your flyer, Spirit Night sticker or mention that you’re there to support the organization.
Fundraiser checks are mailed within 2-3 weeks after the event.
Successful Fundraiser Tips
- Pass out our custom Il Primo Pizza & Wings Spirit Night stickers.
- Insert a fundraiser flyer into a weekly newsletter.
- Announce the event and attach the fundraiser flyer to your organization’s website.
- Email the fundraiser flyer to your office, family, and friends via email blast.
- Contact local newspapers, which are always seeking information on charitable events.
- Distribute flyers during large gatherings, group meetings, events, and practices.
- Announce the fundraiser over the P.A. system, reminding people to pick up their flyers.
- Promote your night on a marquee or bulletin.
We went on a Thursday and they had a pirate guy there making animals out of balloons for the kids. We enjoyed the hot cheesy pizza and I also ordered a salad which was fresh and the lettuce was crispy. The prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere was delightful, especially because of the pirate. Apparently, he is there every Thursday. We will be back for the food and the pirate is just an added bonus!!

Amazing customer service the best manager I've met super helpful. Her name is Jenna. She is an amazing manager understanding. Help us when we had a mistake on the order she fixed it immediately we come here almost every weekend and will continue to come because I love this place to eat pizza and wings. The best there should be more managers like her. She should be giving a raise For customer service.

Jenna was so sweet! She helped us out with choosing items off the menu and gave us great suggestions! There’s a wide variety of sauces for wings and different toppings you can put on the pizza. The food is amazing for the price and I’ll definitely eat here again so yummy! 🙂
